Is a picture of the Friends of the School Committee.
We've talked about taking one, but we're not really all that photogenic.
If we ever DO take one, you'll see a group of ordinary folks around Michael Fordham's table. We'll be talking about the financials for the month, incoming donations and the number of scholarships we've been able to fund (it's 65 this year). We'll be talking about grant opportunities and what is the latest news from the school. We'll be talking about the school's needs and how to best meet them.
We meet once a month, and work on our different assignments during the month. Each year, some of us go to India to keep close touch with the school and to teach conversational English. We love the school, we love the students, and we're so happy to be involved!
